Key responsibilities:
Cost estimating works for planning to post-construction
Support and coordination with project consultants, contractors, supplies, service providers, and LGU when necessary
Reporting of project cost status / update with project
Evaluation of bids and presentation to the team
Setting standards for all projects, in accordance to cost requirements
Support in providing technical solutions and value engineering, to derive an optimized project cost
Site inspection of project's accomplished works subject for payment certification
Qualifications:
College graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architecture or any equivalent course
With at least three (3) years relevant working experience
Board passer in Civil / Structural Engineering or Artchitecture
Competencies:
Experience in design and development process for infrastructure projects
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Planswift, Civil 3D / architectural desktop and Auto Cad.
Strong leadership / ability to handle pressure / able to generate innovative ideas
Ability to communicate well - verbal and written
Familiarity with building codes and local government construction requirements / ordinances
Ability to prepare cost estimates and process bids and award
Experience with Site Devt and Vertical Projects
Knowledge in preparation of Billings and Variation Orders
Knowledge in Cost estimates (CSA and basic MEPFS)
Contract length: 12 months
