SCHEDULING ASSISTANT
Reports directly to Team Leader. A QS Assistant acts as a support to Quantity Surveyor/Scheduler and focuses more on coordinating with Perth Office's Client Liaison, Shared Services and Site Supervisors. Actioning all necessary admin works required to fully complete a job.
1. Coordinate status of quotations including monitoring, follow-ups, and cross checking with Schedulers.
2. Send out quote requests to suppliers for major items (Earthworks, Aluminum Doors & Windows, Plumbing, Roof Timber, Roof Cover, Pod, Cabinet & Stone Tops, Staircase & Balustrades, Stormwater, Aircon).
3. Monitor receipt of quotes and follow up suppliers when past ETA.
4. Sort out Supervisor orders/requisitions in Clickhomes.
5. Sort out Suppliers invoices in Evolve.
6. Actioning Construction VOs in Scheduling Variation log.
7. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.
RANKING (Scheduling Assistant)
*Has the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
*Proficient in using MS OFFICE and Databuild.
*Organize and orderly.
*Familiar with the work flow mechanism and procedures of the Company.
*Knowledge in preparing and justifying variation.
*Good coordination and communication skills.
*Prepares monitoring sheets of all quotation requests including regular updating.
*Handles Site Supervisor's phone calls
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
