Preferably but not required
- Proficient in proprietary programming language and complex testing processes for quote routines in accordance with
established standards and procedures.
--Perform requirements analysis, code design and test plan design while meeting standards for timeliness and accuracy.
--Provide second level support and issue resolution for internal and external customers.
--Supporting documentation, work planning and management tracking needs by documenting code and computer
programs, product and quote routine enhancements and operational processes.
Qualifications - External
--10 key proficiency.
--Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel
--Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern with quote
routines and product components
--Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
--Flexibility to adapt to changes in client and management direction
--Must recognize when to escalate problems and accordingly to seek assistance, to ensure work and learning objectives
are achieved within established standards
- Preferably I.T, Computer Science, BS Math, or Actuarial Science Graduate.
- Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years work experience are welcome to apply
