QUALITY SYSTEM AUDIT COORDINATOR
Job Desciption/Responsibilities:
Assist all Quality System Auditors in preparing all audit activitie
Notify and remind all concerned Departments regarding their respective CPARs and other related matters
Assign document numbering and revision schemes to ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of all documents under QSA Department in compliance to the implementation of document control system
Handle and monitor the status of all issued CPAR for QSA auditor on-time verification
Perform other relevant duties as requested by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree
Knowledge in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 Standard is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make effective decisions
Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across discipline
Must be able to effectively communicate ideas, verbally and in writing
