QUALITY RECEIVING INSPECTOR
The Quality Receiving Inspector ensures the quality and conformity of incoming materials and components for motorcycle production through meticulous inspection, documentation and collaboration contributing to the overall excellence of our products.
Competencies
Material Inspection Supervision
Conduct thorough visual and quantity inspections of incoming materials, components and parts for motorcycles through various inspection tools and equipment
Verify conformance to specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of inspection results and document any deviations from quality standards
Generate inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant departments: warehouse and QC production
Reports lacking parts during the serving of Complete Knock Down (CKD) to Production (For Pre-Checking In-charge)
Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company quality standards, and safety protocols
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality processes
For incoming, conduct pre-inspection and full inspection to check quality of parts as per company standards
Effective Collaboration
Communicate findings to relevant departments: warehouse and production and Runner (logistics) and importation for any damages
Delegate for checking and endorse to storage prior to production
Customer Relations
(For internal customers)
