Job Description
- Implements cutting order.
- Observes, recommends and assists so that proper processing procedures are followed from harvesting up to the loading of boxes.
- If the processing procedures are not followed, inform the concerned personnel (ex. SI, Plant In-charge) immediately so that corrective measures are taken.
- Makes recommendations to improve operation.
Conducts inventory of materials and ensure these are kept safe and secured.
- Ensures fruits packed must meet company’s standards.
Ensures all materials that the company provides (ex. Post harvest chemicals) needed for packing house operations are present.
- Makes checklist and other functions required in the packing house operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in quality inspection
College undergraduate/ graduate (Agriculture/ Bus. Management related course)
- Has first hand experience with in-process production with standard quality.
- Has time management and multitasking skills
- With good human relation skills in dealing with growers without compromising required quality.
