QUALITY MANAGER
Skills Needed:
a. Possess high level of confidence and management skills
b. Strong people management and technical skills
c. Acquire proficient technical skills and problem-solving skills
d. High numerical skills and understanding in statistics
e. Good leadership skills, planning and organization skills
f. Proficient in communication (both in Oral and Written)
g. Good Interpersonal skills and teamworking skills
h. Proficient in balancing customer focus (internal and external customers) to meet and/or exceed company's objectives.
i. Good decision making and acquire good critical thinking
j. Computer Literate (PROFICIENT IN ALL MS OFFICE OPERATIONS)
k. Well experienced in implementation of ISO 9001 / 14000 /45001 standards
Experience:
With a minimum of five (5) years management experience in the manufacturing industry, handling particularly the Quality Management System, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Engineering processes and functions or managing the Quality Department as a whole.
