Passepartout Phils., Inc. is a mid-sized manufacturing company located at MEPZ II in Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu/Philippines with headquarters in Switzerland and UK.
 
We use sustainable natural materials to create bespoke surfaces of the highest quality for interior design of superyachts, private jets and residential objects.
 
To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we need a Quality Manager to help us build and maintain a quality management system and to support our efforts to become ISO 9001 certified.
 
QUALITY MANAGER
 
Job Description
Develop and establish a management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards
Design the management manual and the corresponding guidelines and forms
Organisation and realization of trainings related to management system
Training, coaching and application of quality techniques and methods
Planning, coordination and realization of internal and external audits, implementation and control of resulting action plans
Maintain and update the quality management documentation
Prepare QM-related evaluations, statistics and annual management reviews
Moderate and realize of continuous improvement projects
Identify required adaptations and realize by using processes
Realize concepts to improve the quality management system
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor graduate in engineering, information, communication or similar
Advanced training in quality management
At least 3 years experience as quality manager
Knowledge of ISO 9001 relevant standards, quality management manual structure and content
Computer skills in MS Office, ERP, QM-software
Team player, communicate well, reliable, upright, autonomous, entrepreneurship, target oriented
Knowledge of the Marine Equipment Directive is a plus
