Leads, Owns, and Strategizes Information Security and Data Privacy Program Conducts frequent risk and privacy impact assessments to identify security gaps and risks and to recommend and track the accomplishment of the mitigation plans Create, Develop and Update company`s Information Security and Data Privacy policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure it is up to date and align to the ISO, PCI DSS, Data Privacy Act, and other applicable frameworks Create the Information Security and Risk Knowledge Management for continuous awareness/education throughout the organization Compliance Review of the following agreement with Clients, Vendor, and Third Party entities to ensure the implementation of the required controls based on the agreements and other applicable laws Contribute as a subject matter expert on information security and data privacy to support internal functions including Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Leadership/Engagement/Development, IT and Security, Facilities, Business Development, Marketing and Corporate Communications, and all other existing and/or emerging functions within company and its subsequent sub-contractors Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields. Preferable with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws and its Implementing rules and regulations Knowledge in information systems and internal controls Demonstrated excellent organization, facilitation, and presentation skills Exposure to working in a multicultural international environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
