Accomplishes First meter checking form, Finished Goods Inspection form, Manufacturing sheet, Control cards, Labels, Drawing.,
Understands the procedures, work instruction, workmanship standard and Range of defect.
*Auditing of Process, Product & Workstation
Supports in the implementation of Audits
Handles /conducts audits
*Dimensional and Visual Inspection
Performs appearance judgment of products based on the workmanship standard and range of defect.
Measures the parts of product that need to be inspected and judge the result based on the specifications.
*Quality Control and Procedures
Implements the quality procedures and conducts specification interpretations
Understands processing of non conforming situation or product.
Follows up the processing of non conforming situation or product
Reports the abnormality found(Process, Product,Man, Machine and etc., ) to quality technician, engineer or manager.
Conducts root cause investigation for any non conformity found during inspection
Stops production if non-conformities or suspect situation or product is discovered, in coordination with Quality Manager or Production Manager or Plant Manager
*Quality, IATF, & Environmental Management System
Understand the basic ISO QMS,EMS,5-S and Safety awareness
Identifies the dangerous products and their risks
Wears safety equipment in production area
*Reports preparation and data interpretation
Ensures accuracy in data reporting of visual inspection results and dimensional results
Fills-out the quality inspection reports
Clearly fills-out the inspection reports
Reviews the quality inspection report
*Statistical Process Control application
Understands the basics of SPC Awareness
Reviews and reports the data if the measurement of the products is out of control
*Inspection results escalation
Escalates and initiates discussion on the results of inspection
Prepares, reviews and submits quality inspection report.
Reports the inspection results of the products directly to quality technician, engineer or manager.
*Operation of measuring devices
Possess the knowledge to use measuring devices such as steel ruler, caliper and micrometer
Possesses the ability to use weighing scale, digital caliper, steel rule, thickness gauge and three folding magnifying glass.
Possesses the ability to read the technical drawing of the product
Possess the ability to know if the measuring instrument is calibrated/validated
*Problem Solving Tools Utilization (8D, 5 Why-Why, etc.)
Possesses the basic understanding of the problem solving tools
Handles the internal claim issues in production and quality, as needed
Checks the effectiveness of countermeasure set in the line
Ensures that the action plan were being followed in the line
Participates and involves in the review for the lessons learned in Production.
