Double chcek the delivery documents which include Delivery Receipts (DR) and corresponding purchase order no. (P.O)
Check the condition of stocks in the delivery truck and take sample of raw materials. Document findings in the Raw Material Quality Assessment Checklist and submits reports regularly to Quality Manager.
Analyze the moisture content of the raw materials and ensures it passes the specification.
Issues disposition slip of the delivered materials and checks its classifications and validation.
Monitor proper identification of raw materials in the warehouse.
Ensures formula revision code are appropriate to be used in production,
Checks production parameters and ensures that in-process materials are within the standard specifications.
Checks quality of finished products and ensures is passed the specifications for commercial release.
Checks the packing materials and make sure finished products are properly identified.
Conducts physical assessment of finished products within the aging limits.
Performs othe related tasks assigned by the management.
At least 2 years experience on related field.
Willing to work on a warehouse/production setting.
Willing to accept areas of the assignment in Cagayan De Oro
Attentive to details.
Experience in feed mills production preferred, but not required.
Basic computer knowledge
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A team player, can work under minimal supervision.
Strong sense of accountability, and initiative.
