We are hiring highly motivated Quality Engineering Architect to work with a top Retail company who can define help drive Quality Engineering transformation and contribute to strategies on new initiatives like test data management, tool migration, automation testing, CI / CD build out, analysis, and application development. The outcome of this role will elevate the efficiency and quality of delivery to customers Your future duties and responsibilities: . Thought leadership - Defining test automation roadmaps/frameworks, designing test automation strategies, establishing test governance model, developing test methodologies, processes and best practices, Test data management, Test metrics . Development skills - Java/J2EE or any scripting languages . Test Automation Framework development and implementation - Jbehave or Cucumber JVM with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, REST Assured . Experience on Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment using various DevOps tools - Jenkins, Groovy, Hermes etc. . Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Hands on experience highly desired. . Overall 10 years of experience working in a corporate environment as a Quality Engineering Architect with heavy focus on automation . Exposure to SAFe Agile methodology highly desirable. .
