JOB DESCRIPTION:
Legal Requirement Check
Check Factory address, product name & gram mage with MRP & Date shift details.
Check 125 samples / shift for PCRO verification & log in PCRO book.
Coding matrix as per SOP & paste per 0.5 an hour in log book.
Weigh scale calibration with 1kg weight at starting of the shift.
Defects Checks
Carbon test per shift , aluminum foil test once in a shift ( By A shift chemist )
CRQS checking every two hour i.e. [leaker (Cross seal , long seal) Damage , wrinkle, Pin hole , punch hole , drop test , Panel shifting ) laminate defects - as lining, PCRO Panel smudge , ink smudge, oil, dirt etc.] & log in log book as per SOP
D-dusting checks every shift/ Hour.
Record Near miss in near miss register.
Classify the defects in Red & amber & if red defect found, immediately stop the line & communicate to shift officer.
Check bag for minimum & maximum weight.
Process Check & Pack Change over
Pack changes over as per change over check list.
Check the machine operator log book as weight defect & sign.
Check the temperature & process interlocking.
Check the Bag/ CLD code as per CBU code.
Check laminate code for the running SKU.
Check CLD taping & coding of the CLD.
Check total number of pouches in the bag & CLD.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering and/or BS Chemical Technology or equivalent and related.
With relevant experience in Quality Control and Assurance.
Exposed in Laboratory set-up.
Amenable to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
