Job Description
 Monitor the daily activities of QCA inspectors.  Overall, in-charge of safe keeping of drawing and inspections standards provided by customer.  Communicate to customer if there are new products and standard to be implemented.  Convey results of product inspection to customer and other concern department.  Issues CAR on all non-conforming lot in outgoing and verify corrective action application.  Conduct process checking particularly for the constant application of corrective action as well as the application of other critical parameters.  Provide QCA data required by the customer and superior.  Coordinate with supplier/customer for quality related issues.  Conduct preventive maintenance and verification of QCA measuring devices.  Verify and monitor for any 4M change from production part.  Conduct training and education to newly hired employees in all QCA related matters.
Job Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Computer and Electronics Engineering
 With at least 6 months to 1-year experience employee
 Detail-oriented and organized
 Strong personality and communication skills
 Solid understanding in MS Office
