Qualifications
Must be an Engineering graduate, preferably Electronics or Electrical
Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience
Experience in quality assurance, process control and / or supervising functions preferred
Hands-on experience in process improvement and its practical applications
Excellent knowledge in quality tools - NPI Stage Gate/APQP, QC Tools, FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC, etc.
Knowledge in equipment automation, error-proofing and poka-yoke.
Good knowledge about six sigma
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good leadership skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and behavior
Compensation is base on skills and qualifications
Must be willing to work at Cebu Light Industrial Park, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Duties and Responsibilities
Secure high quality standard of product and processes within operations through definition, implementation and improvement of quality relevant actions.
Leads resolution of internal and external quality issues.
Collaborates with the NPI and R&D Teams in the development of new packages/ products.
In-charge of ensuring compliance to the package/ product development system.
Participates and contributes in various technical reviews (design reviews, stage gate reviews, QFD reviews, DFMEA/ DFM reviews, etc).
Ensures smooth lines readiness and release of the package / products being introduced.
Develops prototype, pre-launch, and production control plans.
Generates qualification plans and qualification reports.
Established the workmanship standards.
Defines, implements and improves control plans and quality related activities
Gathers and analyzes data in the event of quality problems
Responsible for evaluation and analysis of quality related operational data
Drives quality improvement activities
Performs quality training within the organization
Quality reporting
