We are URGENTLY in need of:
 
QUALITY CONTROLLER/QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering
With PRC License
At least 2-5 years of experience working in the Construction Industry with a concentration on Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Knowledgeable about costs, quality, quality control, and assurance for both structural and architectural work
Excellent in Technical Report Writing and oral Communication
Strong Mathematical Skills
Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
Possess good leadership and management skills
Must be committed and understand that deadline IS DEADLINE
Job description:
Responsible for ensuring that quality objectives are achieved and quality assurance/quality control procedures are executed.
Responsible for ensuring that the work is planned, coordinated, and completed in a manner that complies with the contracts schedule, budget, and other requirements. Making sure that work is completed in compliance with requirements for quality and specifications
Monitoring the examination of the fabrication designs; details
Oversee the slump test and sampling and testing sheet, as well as the concrete sample.
Supervise pre and post-concreting inspection
Can handle undergo rebar, concrete, soil, and precast testing.
Conduct inspection at project site.
