Description
Job and Responsibilities:
In-process monitoring from processing to finished product.
In-process inspection and assess line cleanliness prior to start-up
Ensure products quality
Collects sample at designated sampling point in the line and submit in Laboratory for analysis.
Issuance of tag in the warehouse in coordination with analysts re lab result.
Conducts daily GMP audit in the plant.
Compiles an accomplished and signed in process monitoring form and GMP audit for filing.
Inspects and conducts GMP for in-coming truck, raw and packaging material deliveries.
Sampling and assessment of packaging material deliveries and prepare Certificate of Assessment.
Inspection of Finished Goods prior to loading through visual checking and sieving process.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Technology and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
One (1) or two (2) years' experience in Food Manufacturing.
Computer Literate.
