Job Description Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate quality
Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, parts, finished goods or stability samples
Perform the quality inspection process of new part and record the data
Check fittings and surface quality of random batches of parts/finished products to ensure they meet all company quality standards
Investigate (and correct) all quality issues and complaints
Assist to document and implement inspection criteria and procedures and maintain accurate and detailed files as required
Monitor performance of quality control inspectors to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Work Closely & Communicate quality control information to all relevant departments
Participate in the development of new product specifications
Implement quality control training programs
All other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications -Female
-College Level; or Vocational Graduate; or technical course; or equivalent actual work experience
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisor or lead role
-Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism, time management and leadership skills
-Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
-Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office
-Willing to work Day Shift/Night Shift
-Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
-12 hrs work per day (3 hr OT)
