Job Description
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in poultry processing, specifically in a slaughterhouse environment.
Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing production processes.
Familiarity with slaughtering processes, poultry handling, and equipment maintenance.
Experience with data recording and reporting for production, inventory, and quality metrics.
In-depth understanding of poultry processing methods and equipment.
Knowledge of quality control standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and upper management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Agriculture or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
