Knowledge of Quality Standards:
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Six Sigma basics.
Attention to Detail:
Ensuring that products meet required specifications.
Communication Skills:
Reporting issues clearly and working with production teams.
Experience (Optional for Fresh Graduates)
Internships or training in manufacturing/production environments are highly valued.
