Quality Control StaffAsia Integrated Machine Inc.

To conduct analyses of all locally manufactured products based in standard specifications.
To check the raw materials such as specified raw materials weight and quality prior to production use.
To check the personnel hygiene of the operators before entering production.
To conduct periodically sampling and laboratory analyses of all locally manufactured products.
To check the labels and packaging material to be used prior to transfer to warehouse with corresponding transfer slip form.
To release Certificate Analysis, technical information/specification sheet to R&D personnel in completion to customer sample request.
To conduct weekly cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and ensures that it is met.
Assist in the execution of annual Asia Food Exhibit in preparation and design and support R&D presentation.
Participates in accreditation program such as BFAD, Halal and other clients
Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
