Job Description:
1. Responsible for personal and laboratory safety by strict implementation of GLP and cGMP.
2. Responsible for the preparation and proper labeling of all laboratory test solutions as per approved procedure.
3. Responsible for the proper handling and documentation of laboratory reagents, apparatus and instruments.
4. Responsible for the proper collection and storage of hazardous laboratory waste.
5. Responsible for the routine checking, maintenance and availability of operating procedure of assigned instrument.
6. Responsible for on time testing, proper documentation and on time submission of results including Out of Specification (OOS) laboratory results.
7. Responsible for routine physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, bulk/in-process products, finished products, Accelerated and Actual stability samples, validation samples, water samples and packaging materials.
8. Responsible for routine documentation and actual inventory of reagents, glasswares, equipment, and equipment accessories.
9. Responsible for the proper use and storage of QC Laboratory documents.
10. Responsible for the safety, cleanliness and orderliness of QC Laboratory Area
Performs other duties assigned by the QC Laboratory Head and QC Laboratory Senior Analyst to meet laboratory objective and target.

BS Chemistry,
BS Pharmacy,
BS Biology
Laboratory Technology;
Chemical Technology
Experience:
Handled laboratory testing with knowledge about good laboratory practices; or
Experience On-Job-Training in any Manufacturing Industry or any testing laboratory industry.
Skills:
With a good communication skills, written and oral reporting.
Computer literate.
