SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES     
 
·         Engineering Drawings Coordination with the Client
·         Material Monitoring
·         Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that attached documents are correct and complete
·         Ensure all work is correctly prepared before any inspection is undertaken.
·         Review all inspection reports for compliance.
·         Assist the Production manager in the organization, maintenance, and control of the quality system.
·         Prepare reports to the Operation Manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
·         Coordinate with the customer's QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.
·         Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
·         Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customer's contract specializations
·         The completion of QC site instructions and coordination of their closure.
·         Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts, structures, or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
·         Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
·         Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
·         Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS                   
 
·         Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
·         At least 2 years or more years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role.
·         Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
·         Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
·         Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, and processes the entire engineering team on track.
·         Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
·         Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
