RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Strong understanding of quality standards and testing techniques.
· Uphold the safety regulation of the company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all products meet the quality expectations.
· Perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process.
· Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors/supplier and outgoing products for shipping.
· Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
· Check/Inspect all the quality parameters of all the products. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure the quality control.
· Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
· Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. Supervise the production process.
· Resolve and direct communicate with immediate supervisor regarding quality related issues.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· College Graduate (preferably License Mechanical Engineer)
· At least 3 years' experience as Quality Control Inspector
· Strong background on standards and testing techniques
