Job Description -Perform line clearance of production process before change over.
-Perform day to day inspection of products in adherence to approved standard.
-Monitors implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and GMP compliance.
-Monitors machine performance and contributions to product quality.
-Issuance of Non-conformity report in the event of non- compliance to specification.
-Review and suggest changes to manufacturing process.
-Provide assistance during process validation.
-Perform validation of rejects according to approved standard.
-Check and validates the accuracy of BMR according to yield produce.
-Supports and monitor the implementation of CAPA.
-Verification of in-process packaging during production schedule.
-Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Qualifications -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control /Line Inspection or equivalent.
