Major Responsibilities:
 Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation Standard Operating
Procedures are strictly implemented and consistently being followed
 Verifies and ensures that all food contact surfaces, such as utensils, machines, equipment
including food handlers are hygienic
 Responsible for inspecting and testing of raw materials, in-process and finished goods
 Ensures that all products to be released are in good quality
 Discards or rejects products, materials not meeting standards
 Receives all raw materials and ensures that all Certificate of Analysis were submitted by
the suppliers.
 Keep sample retention for all batches of products
Qualifications:
 Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology
 With relevant work experience is a major plus
 Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
 Highly cooperative, self-starter and effective leadership is a must
 Keen observer and has good attention details
