Job Description
Ensuring the readiness of the amenities and common areas, functionality and optimum performance of the equipment for the Building Facility and undertaking turn over to the Property Management Group.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering course
At least 4 months of experience in construction (rebar)
Willing to monitor and supervise repair works of the units
Basic knowledge in Autocad
