Job Description:
The position supports delivery of quality turnover experience for customers by ensuring that units to be turned over to customers are based on committed quality. Primary scope includes:
1. Punchlisting;
2. Settlement of owners' punchlist items by way of coordination with contractor;
3. Conduct of actual property turnover to customers.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design
Customer service-oriented and enjoys customer-facing tasks
Effective oral and written communication skills
Highly effective interpersonal skills
