Immediate Superior: Plant Manager
Area of Assignment: QCC Department
Qualifications:
Proactive and Flexible
Quality and Food Safety practitioner
Bachelor's degree on Chemistry / Microbiology / Food related course;
With experience, familiar with food safety and quality management system standards (GMP, HALAL, HACCP, BRC etc.)
At least 5 years' experience in the relevant position and industry.
Relevant Training and certification in Food manufacturing, QMS programs, or any related field
Willing to be relocated to Zamboanga City, Relocation Package is Offer
Skills:
Mastered in laboratory testing and regulatory requirements
Leads Quality Management Systems and Programs
Skilled in business process improvement
Can manage product development
Good documentation and communication skills
Interpersonal and excellent in coaching and leadership
Practical in problem-solving, logic and with strong work ethic.
Lead and provides guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure professional growth and success towards the team.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) and the effective process implementation, Internal Audit, and Document and Record Control System patterned after the requirements of QMS / ISO 9001, BRC, and HACCP.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations addresses product complaints and documentations.
Organizing training and educational manuals for the system programs.
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within facility.
Overall assess supplier's quality profile towards received starting material, thus produce quality and safe product.
Review and approve documentation related to quality control, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and proactively implement necessary adjustments to the quality control processes.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding quality standards set by Clients.
