JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform Quality Check for clients' product catalog according to Quality Control
- Policies, Guidelines, and Specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues on the Seller Center platform for resolution
- Cross-departmental communication/reporting of online product-related issues
- Update daily trackers for documentation and reporting purposes
- Product category updates
- Perform other QC-related tasks assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor
- Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be a college graduate of any course.
With knowledge/experience on Seller Center E-commerce Platform is an advantage.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be knowledgeable with basic to intermediate fashion terms.
Must be skilled in using Microsoft Office tools.
Must have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Must have stable internet connection at home.
Candidate must have own laptop or desktop.
Willing to work on Holidays.
Willing to be assigned at ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA.
