We're recruiting a Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team in Deer Park, New York. In this role, you will perform varying degrees of verification across several departments. Responsible for maintenance of daily productivity and quality metrics. Facilitate collaborative reviews internally and externally to report and modify processing for effectiveness. Driving process 'step by step' change. Support as a secondary SME on Shareholder Audit and BCIS audit processing. Maintenance of performance records for productivity & incident tracking. Maintaining 100% accuracy on all quality control or audit processes conducted. Job Responsibilities: You will consistently and accurately perform verifications across several other departments. You contribute to the development of business strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required, Bachelors Degree Preferred. 1-2 years' experience in audit or quality control. Able to stand and sit for long periods of time. Seasonal late hours required to ensure proper coverage. Proofreading abilities Hands on experience in Proofreading, Quality Assurance Exposure to financial operations business a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint & InfoPath a plus. Knowledge of SendSuite a plus. Knowledge of Broadridge utilized applications (ProxyPlus, Oracle) a plus.
