Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
3-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the meat and seafood industry
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and quality control procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Integrity, professional ethics, and strong analytical and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality and food safety standards
Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation processes
Monitor and improve quality control systems
Collaborate with production and operations teams to maintain compliance
Assist in audits and prepare QA reports
