Position Title: Quality Assurance
Salary Grade: 20,000 PHP to 25,000 PHP
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: July 2023
Schedule : 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Verify the accuracy of documents handed over by the RFC Team.
Ensure that all required documents meet the standard quality, follow proper protocols, delivery guidance, and checklist.
Request any missing documents, photos, and evidence from Installers, ensuring contracts are completed before sending projects for QA Level 2 Approval.
Report any queries or issues affecting job files directly to the QA Supervisor and/or QA Team Leader.
Qualifications:
Exposure to Quality Assurance Role and the call center quality work are good advantages
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a Quality Assurance
Background/Experience in Customer Service Delivery in a similar industry is an advantage
Good process mapping ability, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail
