Job Description Product Operations: Drive RCA and Issue Card presentation for identified Product Defects, Issue Tracking & Monitoring for product impacting issues, Issue Summary & Updates. Performance Monitoring: Establish Product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Aggregate Product KPIs across enabling component (i.e. Product Quality Index), Undertake trend analysis of KPIs Performance Management & Validation: Lead Service Failure Analysis & Discussions, Conduct proactive Product Sweeps, Contribute in continuous improvement of product design Product Operations: Drive RCA and Issue Card presentation for identified Product Defects, Issue Tracking & Monitoring for product impacting issues, Issue Summary & Updates.
