Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent and no prior experience business function
· Minimum of 3-5 years as a senior non-exempt contributor in a directly relevant environment
· Good supervisory skills
· Can adapt to changes, and a team player
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Computer literate
Brief Job Description:
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible in coordinating the in-process inspection, lot acceptance, and QC screening tests in the manufacture and test of microelectronic devices to meet established specifications, industry and customer standards.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
