Verifying and ensuring that all product contact surfaces, such as utensils, machines, equipment are cleaned and sanitized and that all contributing factor for a clean and sanitary operation are always implemented.
Ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices and Cleaning and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
Direct and conduct things in accordance with all required regulatory standards, and other required customer requirements.
Conducts line inspection and counter checks materials and machine parameters to ensure products conformance.
Counter checks complaint on materials or rejections in line and counter checks in the reworking of products to make sure these reworks will meet required specifications
Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
· Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in a scientific or technical field preferably in Chemistry, life sciences and allied courses.
Must be a LICENSED CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER
Must have minimum of two years of direct lab experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical.
At least three (2) years experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical firm.
