Position Summary
Assist the Quality Assurance Head in maintaining the quality assurance system by close coordination of all activities and techniques whiche guarantee that finished goods of prescribed quality are manufactured.
A day in the life of...
Reports to the Quality Assurance Head keeping him informed on the progress of quality, activities and development in the department.
Responsible for the monitoring of hygiene and pest control activities.
Provide support to the production where quality of product is concerned.
Monitor the development of analysts and Identify the training needs and provides recommentation to th QA Head.
Supevise the performance of the laboratory functions and that analytical results are adequate and optimally used for QA and released purposes of packaging, raw materials and finished goods.
What will make you successful
Bachelors Degree of Food Technology, Chemistry and realted course
One year experience in supervisory role in a laboratory setting
With knowledge in Quality Management System and Good manufacturing Practices
With knowledge in local and global regulations
