Qualifications:
Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, or any related Science course
With at least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance functions specifically in laboratory analysis, preferably in the baking industry and/or food industry
With knowledge and good understanding on or have attended/received ISO Food Safety (cGMP,HACCP,Codex,SOP,SSOP), Halal Assurance
Knowledgeable in good laboratory practices
Should have the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel
Must be flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure
Must be willing to be assigned in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu
Principal purpose(s) of the position
Responsible for the overall supervision of the QA operations.
Ascertains the food safety, quality and integrity of material in process and finished products.
Approves the release of incoming material, in-process and finished products for distribution
