The QA Staff is responsible for the following:
Quality control
Quality assurance
Line and laboratory inspection
Microbiological analysis
Performs inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conduct inline inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
Performs finished product analysis and testing, conduct audits on all areas of the process, and prepare a report for each assigned task
Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials at production
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology
At least 1 year of experience specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or any equivalent field
Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and SOP
Has exposure in laboratory testing and line monitoring
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
