We are searching for a top-notch Quality Assurance Specialist who will be in charge of analyzing procedures and creating solutions to guarantee the high standard of service provided to clients.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Graveyard (US time zone)
Salary Range (experience-based): Php30,000-50,000/month
Job Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring that customer interactions are in line with corporate objectives.
Evaluate the performance of the virtual assistants and make sure that the demands and expectations of the clients are met.
Monitor and audit customer service data
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
Create quality measurements to track improvement
Review clients' feedback and create solutions to address concerns
Document findings and issues for fixing
Conducts training sessions
Reports to the Executive team all the necessary information and findings
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a B2B Business Process Outsourcing industry
Able to identify opportunities and can lay down action plans
With sales background
Meticulous; has the ability to find issues in a hyper-detailed way
High-level decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Able to create SOP, conduct data analysis, and report accurate data
Organized and can streamline the process (process-oriented)
Has high regard for integrity and impartiality (no friends, no protection)
Highly objective and very straightforward
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and leadership ability
Tool knowledge: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
