»Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
»Must be a Licensed Chemist.
» At least three years practice in Food Quality Assurance and/or Research and Development, Manufacturing, or related fields.
» expertise in Food Science and Technology, including Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, and other significant analytical techniques.
» Preferably has practice in implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) such as HACCP, ISO systems FSSC and SPC (Statistical Process Control) program in a food plant environment.
» Preferably with practice in bakery operations.
