Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance - Spanish Bilingual Representative, you are expected to provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
Responsibilities:
Should have relevant BPO experience, and background as Quality Assurance Analyst
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow-up to ensure customer's needs and expectations are met
Determine appropriate action to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures
Qualifications:
At least High School/Senior High School Graduate
Can speak, read and write in Spanish
Speak and understand English
Willing to work on shifting/night schedule
Willing to work in Cebu City
Flexible in both work-at-home or onsite employment setup
