Qualifications Must be Graduate of BS Food Technology Knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP and SOP Knowledgeable in Product Devt Process Develop and implement company quality systems and policies, assist in new product development Job Descriptions Establish standardized processes on GMP Conduct regular store GMP audits Check the cleanliness and sanitation of stores and warehouse Monitor quality of incoming raw materials Elevate food safety awareness among store team members Help innovate and develop new products according to market requirements Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in a QSR Skills: Culinary, Sensory Evaln Office-based but will require fieldwork most of the time
