Job Description
Conduct the GMP inspection before the start of production
Inspect the delivered raw materials coming from the warehouse
Ensure that the tools and machines are sanitized and rust-free
Conduct checking of weighing area to ensure ingredients are correct in proper weights
Record all details of materials for monitoring and traceability
Conduct sensory and test evaluation of the premix
Check the seal integrity of the raw materials and ensure the proper sequence of the batch number used
Develop documents for GMP, and COA and other audit-related documents
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Technology/ Chemistry (licensed or non-licensed)
At least two (2) years work experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing or trading set-up.
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to varying work challenges
Good problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal influencing skills
Very good written and oral communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Has knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Well versed in Microsoft Office operations (Word, Excel, etc.)
Good moral character
Team player
Knowledgeable in the documentation of processes including GMP and HACCP
