Have clear understanding of objectives and KPIs applicable on the position.
Create considerable impact of the DSC management in terms of processes and procedures by achieving KPIs.
Implement, maintain and continuously improve the Quality System of URC South Luzon Mega DC site based on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standards.
Provide timely internal and external quality feedback to DHL and URC South Luzon Mega DC, respectively to ensure that appropriate actions are done by concerned teams
Institute self-improvement programs to drive continual improvement of the establish Quality System
Supervise the development and review of SOPs, Work Instructions to meet customer-specific requirements
Monitor, communicate and follow-up concerns from customer to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
Acts as Document Controller as secondary role in URC South Luzon Mega DC.
Follow your TDM and review it necessary, validating it with your immediate superior.
RequirementsTechnical Skills:
Quality Management System: Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, tools, and best practices.
Data Analysis: Strong skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and patterns in quality data.
Compliance & Regulations: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., GWP for WAREHOUSING) is often essential.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance, and document findings.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues effectively.
Attention to Detail: A critical and precise eye for detail is crucial for identifying and addressing deviations from quality standards.
Leadership: Ability to supervise staff, coordinate projects, and provide training on quality procedures.
