The Quality Assurance Officer ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pest control programs, and food safety regulations in a food manufacturing setting. This role involves conducting inspections, monitoring pest control activities, implementing GMP standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols such as HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, and FDA regulations. The QA Officer works closely with production, maintenance, and external pest control service providers to uphold high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and product quality.
 
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or pest control management in a food manufacturing environment.
Licensed Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Certifications:
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and other food safety standards.
Certification in Pest Control Management is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations, and pest control procedures.
Ability to conduct audits and inspections with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
Strong communication and training skills.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
