QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
 
Immediate Superior: Quality Control and Compliance Department
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Fisheries, or BS Nutrition
With at least one (1) year working experience in a food manufacturing firm
Has adequate knowledge on HACCP, BFAR regulations, and GFSI standards
Highly trainable and results-oriented
Meticulous, highly organized, flexible, and a team player.
SKILLS:
Communication skills.
Computer literacy
Database management
The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
The ability to closely follow quality standards
Decision making skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out internal audit and the corrective action of all department concerned
Participate in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.
Assist in investigating and correcting quality related issues including customer complaint.
Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, Quality Assurance Program, Procedures and document control program.
Help maintain the quality and food safety system according to the company policy and requirements.
Participate in the traceability management system.
