Job Description
Keeps and implements the quality procedures in the laboratory in accordance with the established requirements of the organization and any applicable statutory and regulatory agencies.
Guarantees that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of materials and products.
Plans and leads the workflow of the group on a daily basis.
Examines quality problems and recommends correction, corrective or preventive solutions.
Assesses new methods of physical and chemical testing factors that the laboratory is capable of performing and establishes specifications through any applicable validation process.
Formulates and periodically evaluates laboratory procedures, work instructions and specification guides to determine process effectiveness in reference to procedural documentation and perform updating if necessary.
Make sure that good laboratory practices and safety regulations are properly implemented in the laboratory.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical) or similar fields.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in water and soda production/manufacturing.
Has awareness to Good Laboratory Practices and safety regulations; and
Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and can handle technical staff objectively.
Organize and has initiative in improving quality systems and procedure;
Analytical and with good critical thinking skills.
With QA/QC experience in water and soda production.
