Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise the factory/production entire operations.
Monitors the inventory of raw mats, and finished goods
Promotes proper communication between Departments, Senior Managers and Higher Authority and settle operational and interpersonal concerns.
Instill CORE VALUES and CULTURE of good performance amongst employees in the organization.
Active involvement in operational concerns; coaches leaders and employees.
Initiates and/or implements Training Plan for growth.
Conducts routine performance evaluation for each employee
Recommends activities promoting security, safety, and employee well-being programs.
Will demonstrates accountability for functional, business and broad company objectives.
Provides assistance to the VP-Operations
Education & Experienced Requirements:
Graduate of Business, Engineering or any allied degree program
Deep knowledge of Production management and organizational effectiveness
With sound judgement and decision making skills; and acceptable communication skills
With at least 5 years experienced related to the role
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proven experience as operations manager or similar role
