The Role
This is a great opportunity to build our quality approach from the ground up. We are currently looking for a top-notch Quality Assurance Manager with Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction background to join our team. As a dynamic and tech-driven start-up, curiosity and ingenuity are two of the main traits that we love about our applicants!
A Quality Assurance Manager at Laminar would be focused on:
Contributing to the implementation and development of processes and procedures, as well as the way we do quality control. It is also expected to independently take the lead implementing immediate improvements that support our fast pace grown and ambition.
Auditing the overall Consulting portfolio and guaranteeing that the minimum Laminar Standards for Project Planning and Controls are in place.
In addition, proactively supporting the consulting team on all critical quality aspects as well as maintaining the management systems up to date and actively deployed across the teams.
Guaranteeing full compliance with ISO 9000, 9001 and 9004.
As a candidate, you should have:
Attention to detail. (Required)
Structured problem solving mindset and "hands-on and do-it-now" personality. (Required)
A relentless and dynamic approach to dealing with people and be able to influence them to take the best approach. (Required)
Strong communicator in English. (Required)
A mentor mindset, to help everyone around you grow. (Required)
5 to 10 years of site experience in the delivery of engineering & construction projects. (Required)
Engineering related qualification. (Required)
Strong level Excel skills and strong interest in data. (Required)
Active member of relevant professional bodies (Nice to have)
